DELIVERY TERMS
In accordance with the law, upon validation of the order, delivery must be made within a maximum of 30 days. If the delivery is not made after this period, the customer has the right to claim the return of his payment.
The products will be delivered to the address that the buyer has indicated on the order form. This address must correspond to the geographical area chosen at the time of the order.
SOINS DE JADE will in no way be held liable for too long a delivery time due to the carrier or for any misplacement of the products ordered or a strike by the postal services. Upon receipt of the package, the buyer must check whether the products ordered are included in the package. If the buyer departs from the instructions described, the company SOINS DE JADE will not be held responsible in any way.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
An order placed on the company’s website, but delivered outside mainland France, could generate taxes and payment of customs duties imposed upon the arrival of the package at its destination. These customs duties and taxes, if it proves necessary to pay them, are the responsibility of the buyer and the latter is responsible for them. SOINS DE JADE is not responsible for delays and costs relating to customs clearance procedures for deliveries. It is therefore not liable to legal proceedings in the event of non-payment of taxes by the buyer.
SOINS DE JADE has no obligation to control and inform the buyer of customs duties and applicable taxes. It recommends that the buyer approach the customs services of the country concerned to find out about the formalities to be completed.
